Other times, it treads dangerously close to doing more harm than good. It really showed me how much my mindset has changed. I loved the part where Bryce was such a dick to Courtney, as if he had any clue how hard it is to be in the closet in high school. I think it should also be noted that it violates every convention about suicide that professional agencies recommend. Just for the record, acts committed by these not-evil assholes include multiple rapes, sexual harassment, groping, spreading false rumors about sexual conquests, spreading sexual photographs taken without consent in order to slut-shame, stalking, beating 13 readons why gay other up and planting drugs on Clay to stop him from ratting them out.

I think the biggest change is that there seems to be a demand for these stories. But yeah, this shit right here is not ok. I also had similar feelings about the rock climbing scene! I understand the cumulative effect of different experiences can play on a person but they really could have addressed some real issues and been helpful. I also still think it gets mental health on the conversation agenda.

How are they getting here? When I was younger, yes, even before I knew that I was into men, I dealt with people telling me that I was gay and people assuming. There is actually nothing there.
